Hawzah News Agency- Imam Sadiq (pbuh) said:
يَا إِسْحَاقَ بْنَ فَرُّوخَ، مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَشْراً صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَمَلَائِكَتُهُ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ، وَمَنْ صَلَّى عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَمَلَائِكَتُهُ أَلْفاً، أَمَا تَسْمَعُ قَوْلَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: {هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَلِّي عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَلَائِكَتُهُ لِيُخْرِجَكُمْ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ وَكَانَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَحِيماً}.
O Ishaq bin Farrukh, whoever sends blessings (salawat) upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad ten times, Allah and His angels will send blessings upon him a hundred times. And whoever sends blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad a hundred times, Allah and His angels will send blessings upon him a thousand times. Did you not hear the words of Allah, Mighty and Majestic: ‘It is He who confers blessing upon you, and His angels [ask Him to do so] that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful.’ [33:43]
